Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Narravel, operated by CleverByAI B.V., Lange Reed 9, 9271 GE De Westereen, the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. Keep your details accurate.

Your content

Your trips, photos, notes and other content remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content so we can provide the service (including generating your stories and books, and showing content on share links you create). You are responsible for what you upload and for having the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights or privacy.
• Don't misuse, disrupt or attempt to break the service.

Plans, payments & printed books

Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Printed books are made to order via a print partner; ordering, delivery and returns for physical goods, including your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, apply as shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice.

Availability

We work hard to keep Narravel running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Narravel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms and your use of Narravel are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, location Leeuwarden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
